Products & Services

Silkbox is an online retailer of artificial and fashion jewellery, including but not limited to neck chains, bracelets, earrings, rings, and accessories.
All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, device settings, or handcrafted nature of items. Sizes and dimensions are approximate but described as accurately as possible.
If a pricing error or product inaccuracy is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are considered accepted only after they are reviewed and confirmed by Silkbox. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, out-of-stock items, or incomplete information. If cancelled, the full amount (if paid) will be refunded to your original payment method.

Payment & COD

We accept prepaid orders through secure payment gateways and also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select serviceable areas. For COD, the full amount is payable at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in suspension of COD facility for future orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 working days. Delivery may take 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping delays due to logistics partners, strikes, or external factors are not Silkbox’s liability.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Return/replacement is applicable only for items that are damaged or wrongly delivered. Customer must submit a clear unboxing video and raise the request within 24 hours of delivery. Returns due to customer change of mind, wrong selection, or size/design preferences are not accepted.

Unauthorized Access & Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper working of the website. Use of bots, scrapers, or any automated systems to access or copy content is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the site without written permission.

Our site may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook). We are not responsible for any content or data on those external sites and disclaim any liability arising from their use.

Promotions & Offers
