Order Cancellation by Silkbox

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include but are not limited to:

  • Limited stock availability
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
  • Concerns flagged by our payment verification or fraud prevention systems
  • Incomplete or unverifiable shipping, billing, or contact information

If your order is cancelled, we will notify you via email or phone and refund any amount charged, if applicable. We may also request additional verification before processing any order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • If the customer wishes to cancel an order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Partial cancellation of orders is not allowed.

Note: Dispatch status will be informed through SMS/email/WhatsApp and can also be checked anytime by logging into your customer account on our website. Please check before raising a cancellation request.

Returns Policy

  • Returns are allowed only in the following cases:
    • Product received is damaged or defective.
    • Product received is not as per the order (wrong item).
  • In both cases, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement. However, refunds aren’t available.
  • Minor differences in colour, texture, or finish between the product received and the images shown on our website cannot be treated as “wrong product received” and will not qualify for a return.
  • An uncut / unedited unboxing video must be provided, clearly showing the package being opened.
  • A 360° close-up video under proper lighting must also be provided, clearly highlighting the issue/defect.
  • Videos must be submitted to care@silkboxstyles.in, clearly mentioning the order number (as shown on your bill as well as in your customer account on our website).
  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, along with all tags, seals, and the original invoice and free from wear, damage, washing, fading, or any added fragrances (such as perfumes).
  • Requests without the required videos/order number or raised beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Return Approval Process

  • Our team will first examine the submitted videos.
  • If your claim is approved, Silkbox will arrange a return pickup at no cost to you. After the product reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll send out your replacement within 2 business days, depending on stock availability.
  • If the claim is not valid or incomplete, the return request will be rejected. In such cases:
    • No pickup will be arranged.
    • No refund will be processed.
    • The product will remain with the customer.

Note: Exchange or replacement is not allowed under any circumstances.

Wrong Item Ordered by Customer

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds in cases where the customer has ordered the wrong product, size, design, or variant.

Undelivered / Refused / Return-to-Origin Orders

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address or contact details provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal to accept the parcel:
    • Both ways shipping charges (forward & return) will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund.
    • The balance amount, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Write to care@silkboxstyles.in within 24 hours of receiving the product with the following details:
    • Uncut unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened.
    • 360° close-up video of the product under proper lighting showing the issue clearly.
    • Order number (as shown on your bill and in your customer account on our website).
    • Image of the original invoice.
    • Description of the issue.
    • Complete address and contact number.
  • Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • Customers are advised to review this page periodically.
