Service Availability

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier partners or India Post (Speed Post).
  • We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • COD service may not be available in certain remote or restricted pin codes as determined by our logistics partners.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information, including full name, address, pin code, and a valid contact number at the time of placing the order.
  • Please double-check your address and mobile number before confirming the order.
  • Silkbox is not liable for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse.
  • After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the tracking ID to monitor the shipment.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you can track your consignment anytime by clicking on the ‘Track Order’ link available on our website.
  • In case a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you via email, and the amount (if prepaid) will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

Delivery Timeline

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
  • The estimated delivery window is typically 6-7 business days, depending on the shipping location.

Delays & Liability

  • Silkbox guarantees timely dispatch from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, strikes, or regional restrictions).
  • Your patience is appreciated in such cases, and our support team will assist you in tracking the shipment if needed.
