Yes. Silkbox offers free shipping across India on orders above ₹1200. For smaller orders, a small delivery fee applies.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 6–7 business days depending on your location. Please refer our shipping policy page for details.
Currently, we ship only within India. However, international shipping for silkbox demi fine jewellery will be available soon.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order if the product is damaged or incorrect. Exchange or replacement is currently not allowed. Please refer our policy page for details.
